In October and November 2020, AP Real Estate sponsored a series of training on personal development and leadership to 25 participants most of them are high school students in the northeastern Ratanakiri Province. The training shared with participants guides on personal development, goal settings, self-awareness, importance of learning, and leadership skills.
Here are some quotes from participants:
“I love this training so much. I’m so thankful for the training. I don’t have anything to give back now, but one day when I am successful, I will give to other people as a gratitude for the donor of the training.”
The training wakes me up, and I realize I need to start to prepare myself to have clear life goals, and to be prepared for what happen in life.
I have learned about life lessons, and this reminds myself about life problems and choices we made whether right or wrong. I have more confidence in myself to move ahead in life.
I admit that I am a weak persons with many defects. This training inspires me to be stronger. I will make changes to improve my life. Thank you.
This training reminds me that: 1) I have to keep moving towards my goals; 2) to be patient and continue to learn so that I know how to grab opportunities; 3) to use my brain wisely; 4) to not think that I don’t have a chance to learn as long as I’m still alive; and 5) teach me to pursue big goals and commit to work towards them.
I’m excited to have attended this training. I’ve changed my mindset and future goals. I have more confidence, and I am more courageous to make decisions, and I have learned about life strategies. I’m very grateful for the trainer and donor of the training.
I am so happy to have been in the training. I’ve learned about making personal choices and positive problem solving skills.
We want to do more than just our usual business. We believe that the gift of knowledge is the best give we could ever give to people. It’s a kind of happiness to see people feeling grateful, hopeful, motivated and happy because they have learned somethings.
